                              RESOLUTION NO. 21249
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH COMQUEST FOR ENGINEERING
                 SERVICES ON THE COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW CONTROL
                 PLAN, SERVICE AREAS C-7, C-11 AND C-12, FOR AN
                 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND, NINE
                 HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS ($29,995.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Comquest for engineering services
       on the Combined Sewer Overflow Control Plan, Service Areas C-7
       (14th Street), C-11 (West 9th Street), and C-12 (West 6th 
Street),
       for an amount not to exceed $29,995.00.
